Hair in poor condition: 1
Ocular and/or nasal secretions: 1
Relaxed position in decubito prono: 5
2. Behaviour
Normal: 0
Apathy and immobility: 2
Irritable mood and hyperactivity: 2
3. Weight
Put on weight at 24h post-transplant: 2
Loose >20% beyond 48h post-transplant: 5
4. Renal Funtion
Creatinine 300- 600 umol/L: 3
Creatinine > 600 umol/L: 5
B/ CORRECTIVE MEASURES
0: none
1: watch the other parameters
2 to 4: administer 1 dose of analgesia
5 or more: sacrifice
