For the vein suture use slack loose stitches slightly more apart from each other than those in the artery.

How to do it:


The renal vein is faced with the cava respecting the natural position of the renal one so that it does not come off twisted.

            9-10.The steps for the anastomosis of the vein are the same than for the artery with the difference being that the stitches are more separate and the thread is not tightened, as if we tacked it.
